A V Spaniel Charity Working Test on 24th March 2019 at Bourton Woods, Bourton-on-the-Hill, Gloucestershire - Batesford Park Estate

By Kind permission of Lord and Lady Dulverton, head keeper Matt Farmer and the Cotswold Paintball who kindly let us use their facilities. Sponsored by Skinners who provided prizes for the first 3 dogs.

This was the second visit to Bourton Woods and proved to be ideal with plenty of woods and ground cover for the dogs to show what they were capable of including a few pheasants that gave the handlers the opportunity to practice steadiness of the dogs!

With such excellent ground the judges, Steve Bates and Craig Gilbert were able to give all handlers ample opportunity to demonstrate their dogs hunting and retrieving skills.
